We hope you love your craft kit! We want you to feel good about your purchase and if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you need to return a kit, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

The kit must be unopened and unused
All original pieces and packaging must be included
You’ll need proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at info@magicalvalleycreations.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for it to show up on your account.

Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the kit arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

Kits that have been opened or used
Custom or personalized kits
Sale items marked final sale

If your kit arrived damaged or incomplete, please let us know within 10 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right.
